What machines do we service?

We currently service Bernina, Babylock, Janome, Brother, Elna and Kenmore. 

What is the estimated service cost?

Standard Service runs between $130-$250 plus tax.  Additional fees for parts incurred if needed.  For extensive repairs, there is an additional hourly labor charge.

Multi-needle and long arm service starts at $275 and up and service is conducted in shoppe.  Additional travel fees may be incurred for Long Arms service.

For extensive repairs, there is an additional hourly labor charge.

What is included in standard service?

Standard machine service includes removing necessary overs, inspecting parts, making common adjustments, cleaning, lubricating parts and adjusting tension as needed. 60 day warranty, some exclusions may apply.

What is the turnaround time for service?

Service turnaround times vary based on the number of machines to be serviced and availability of parts.  Machines will be serviced in the order they were received. 

For Long Arm and Multi-needle service/repair pricing and turnaround time may vary based on availability. 

What should I bring with my machine?

•       Your machine
•       Bobbin case
•       Foot control and power cord
•       If you are having issues with your machine, please bring the following

o   a sample of what the machine is doing wrong

o   bring the thread, fabric, needle, etc that you were using when the issued occurred

o   provide a detailed description of the issue to the staff when dropping off the machine.
