Machine Quilting with Your Walking Foot

Students will learn to quilt an already completed project on their domestic sewing machine using a walking foot. This class is designed for beginning sewers.

Requirements: Finished quilt top or project to be quilted with batting and backing Teach Me to Make My First Quilt by Pat Sloan Sewing machine with manual and usual tools, walking foot 50 wt cotton thread, basting pins, 80/12 sewing machine needles, scissors, 505 Adhesive Basting Spray (optional), painters tape (optional), marking pen, Supreme Slider (optional), 30 or 40 wt Aurifil cotton thread to match project, wound bobbins, quilting gloves (optional) A discount of 10% will be given for all class purchases.
