Perplexed by Panels

Do you avoid using panels because you want to do more than just add a couple of borders? Then this class is for you. We will use a Villa Rosa pattern to make our panel look more exciting. We will focus on panels with a vertical orientation, but we will discuss adaptations for those with a horizontal orientation. The sample quilt has a Halloween theme, but your panel can be any theme you'd like!
