English Paper Piecing

Are you ready for a new quilting adventure? Let’s jump into the creative world of English Paper Piecing!

Starting with basic English Paper Piecing skills, we will be making this fun, springtime flower wall hanging with hexagon flowers.
Learn to prepare your hexagon pieces, sew them together and prepare them for hand or machine applique onto the blocks. We will sew the blocks together with the borders using your machine.

Requirements:	9X12" pieces, 4 colors for flowers 1x Hexagon template with 3/8" seam allowance 1? Hexagon Papers 1/4 yard blue for 8x8 background squares 3/8 yard for yellow flower centers, middle border, and binding 20? x 20? backing fabric 20?x 20? batting Scissors Needles (#8-#10 Milliners recommended) Coordinating thread 50wt -100wt (I prefer 60wt Polyester) Glue Pen Marking Pen or Pencil Handy but not necessary: Needle threader Thread gloss Thimble Wonder clips or Sewtites
