Watercolor Wreath Class

Join Janet in a day of creativity and “stepping outside the box”. Watercolor quilts are her favorite and she is hoping to make them yours as well. She will be guiding you on how to achieve success with fabric choice, blending and design.
Janet is available any day prior to class to help you, if needed, with fabric selection and to review any basic quilting questions you may have. Just call the shoppe, and we'll set it up!

Skill Level:	Beginner
Skill Details:	Size: 36x54 depending on optional borders Block Size: 2.5" squares
Requirements:	A sewing machine in good working order, ruler, 2 1/2 x 24 or 6 1/2 x 24, and standard notions and tools 1 yard of solid floral 1 yard of spaced florals 1.5 yards of matching background to spaced florals. 1/2 yard for small border and binding 1 yard for small border and binding (In picture it is the green fabric) 1 yard for optional 6" border will need 1 yard 60" square of batting to use as a design wall Rotary Cutter and Mat Scissors Nonslip Quilting Rulers (either 2 x 24 or 6 x 24) Sewing Machine in good working order with all typical tools and notions Seam Ripper At least two wound bobbins Straight Pins can be brought but are optional Optional Homework: For confident beginners, you can precut your allover florals, spaced florals, and background fabric into 2.5" squares before class. Cut 4x 2.5" strips from each allover florals, spaced floral, and background fabric. Sub cut into 2.5" squares. You can always cut more as needed in class. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS OPTIONAL. I will go over cutting fabric at the beginning of class.
