Tucker University Senior Year 2024 - 2025 - Basic Star 60 Unit

As Seniors, you have a tool box full of information regarding Studio 180 rulers. Let's apply that knowledge to one more ruler - the Star 60. This is such a versatile ruler that we will spend the entire year using just that one ruler! Join us as we get to know the Star 60.

We will meet, typically, on the second Tuesday of the month from 5 pm - 8 pm.

Basic Sewing Supplies : Sewing machine w/ power cords and manual (just in case), Thread, machine needles, Snips or trimming scissors, Seam Ripper

Rotary Cutter with a sharp blade

Small cutting mat

Invisigrip (optional)

Best Press or light starch (optional)

Required Tool: Star60 Ruler

Fabric : 1/4 yard if three different fabrics

Diamond Points: Medium Cut (2) strips 2 3/4 x wof
Dark Cut (2) strips 2 3/4 x wof

Side Triangles: Background (3) strips 3" x wof

Optional :
Companion Triangles : Print (1) strip 5" x wof
