Edge Perfect: A Quilt Binding Workshop

Join us for a comprehensive workshop designed to demystify the quilt binding process. Whether you're a beginner eager to learn the fundamentals or an experienced quilter aiming to refine your technique, this class covers it all.

We'll discuss various binding methods while learning the traditional binding method. Learn how to calculate the required fabric, cut and prepare your binding strips, and master the art of mitered corners for a polished finish.
Our hands-on approach ensures you gain practical experience in attaching bindings by machine. By the end of the session, you'll have the skills and confidence to give your quilts that perfect finishing touch.

Supplies:

Sewing Machine in good working order with all basic sewing supplies

Rotary Cutter and Mat

Completed quilt ready to bind, quilted table runner ready to bind or at least a 15" square quilted and ready to bind

1/2 yard of fabric for binding

6" x 24" ruler
