Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days via USPS. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Damages
Dee's We're Sew Creative is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Your seat in the class/event is guaranteed after payment is made. We would like to ask that you purchase your needed class supplies from our shoppe and we thank you for your support.
If you can't attend and cancel 3 days or more prior to the class/event, a full refund will be issued or you can apply the fee towards a future class. For cancellations less than 3 days prior, the class/event fee is non-refundable. Please note, for Special Events, the cancellation period may differ and the cancellation details will be posted with the event.
If the number of registered attendees is less than 3, the class/event will be cancelled – this will be determined up to 3 days prior to the class. If the class is cancelled, a refund will be given or the fee can be applied to a future class.

Also, we understand that you may have unexpired coupons that were earned under the previous program. We will honor the coupons and apply 1 coupon per day on purchases of $100 or more until the coupon expires for in-shoppe purchases. Any old paper coupons, expire as of May 15, 2023, and can be used on purchases of $100 or more until the coupon expires on May 15, 2023. When checking out, please let us know if you have a coupon.
Shoppe programs/policies can be modified at the discretion of Dee’s We’re Sew Creative at any time without notice.
