We have a 15-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Returns must be in their original condition & packaging, you must include your sales receipt and items may not have a smoke odor.  Returns that have a smoke odor, will not be refunded.  Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us.   Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges.
 
Block of the Month and Club membership fees are non-refundable. Upon signing up for a Club or Block-of-the-Month, you are committing to the entire length of the program and no refunds will be given.  Please inspect your Club or Block of the Month packages upon receipt.  You have 30 days from receipt of each of your Club or Block of the Month packages to confirm the accuracy of the contents.   We cannot guarantee that the fabric will be available after 30 days.
 
Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. Sewing, Embroidery, and Serger machines and furniture are non-refundable.  Kits, cut yardage, and sale items are non-refundable.

Shipment processing time


All orders are processed within 2-3 business days via USPS. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Damages

We're Sew Creative is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Classes and Events

Your seat in the class/event is guaranteed after payment is made.  We would like to ask that you purchase your needed class supplies from our shop and we thank you for your support.

If you can't attend and cancel 3 days or more prior to the class/event, a full refund will be issued or you can apply the fee towards a future class.   For cancellations within 3 days, the class/event fee is non-refundable.   Please note, for Special Events, the cancellation period may differ and the cancellation details will be posted with the event.   

If the number of registered attendees is less than 3, the class/event will be cancelled – this will be determined up to 3 days prior to the class.  If the class is cancelled, a refund will be given or the fee can be applied to a future class.


Events may be cancelled at WSC discretion; if this occurs, students will be refunded.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
